Lady Francis - Fountain Hills, AZ

I bought this house the week my grandfather passed away. It fell out of the sky and into my Redfin feed. I saw that it was 30% below market value and already had amazing character. It was the perfect first project because it was incredibly similar to my personal home I recently remodeled, therefore I could see the path I needed to take to make it functional and beautiful.
