Lady Caddyshack - Thunderbird Valley, Phoenix AZ

I like to call this a unicorn home. It backed to a golf course, had mountain views, a sparkling pool, and no HOA at an affordable price. It needed a lot of love to bring it to its full potential, so that’s what we did.
